Edit team connection start and end dates. The Connection and Employee fields are grayed out and cannot be edited.
Edit Team Assignment Connection Dates
Access the Employees section from the Staff & Performance Development menu.
Edit Team Assignment Connection Dates
- The start and end date indicate when the team assignment starts and when it ends.
- A start date is required to create a team assignment.
- An end date is not required to create a team assignment. If an end date is not entered the assignment will continue indefinitely.
Note: Edits can only be made to the connection Start Date and End Date. Unassign and create a new team assignment in order to change the connection type.
- Select desired employee from the Employees - All Sites page.
- Click Edit link from the Actions menu or click on employee name.
- Click Team tab.
- Click Edit link for the desired employee.
- Edit Team Member modal displays.
- Make edits to Start Date and End Date as needed.
- Click Save to save edits.
- Click Cancel to cancel action and return to Team page.
- Click Cancel to cancel action and return to Team page.
