Schedule and plan upcoming sessions. Enter all required information: general information, performer and forms.

Access the Data Collection section from the Pinnacle menu.
Schedule Session
- Click Scheduled Sessions tab.
- Click Add Session button.
Note: the Add Session button displays in the middle of the page if no sessions are scheduled.
- The Session information page displays: General information and Performers & Forms.
General Information
- Enter General Information.
- Supervision Session Date
- Supervision Session Start Time
- Classification
- Method - In-Person, Remote
- Supervision Type - Individual, Group, N/A
- If N/A is selected, the session will NOT be included in any Experience Tracker logs.
- Activity Category - Restricted, Unrestricted, N/A
- If N/A is selected, the session will NOT be included in any Experience Tracker logs.
- Client present - No, Yes, N/A
- If N/A is selected, the session will NOT be included in any Experience Tracker logs.
- Setting
Performers and Forms
- Click Performer filter dropdown and select desired employee.
- Click Forms search field and select desired form(s).
- Click Add Performer link to select additional performers.
More information on Performers & Forms
- Performers are active employees in your network. They are who you will be observing and supervising during the session.
- A minimum of one performer is required to create a session.
- A maximum of ten performers can be selected for a session.
- Duplicate performers cannot be added.
- One form per performer is required, but there is no limit to the number of forms that can be added for each performer.
- Forms are specific to each performer. For example, if all performers need to be observed using Form A, add Form A to each performer.
- Duplicate forms cannot be selected for the same performer. For example, Bob can only have one Form A.

Publish Form - Click Schedule For Later or Start Now buttons to save session on the schedule.
- Schedule For Later button - session displays on Scheduled Sessions to be started at a future date.
- Start Now button- active session opens on the In Progress tab and user has the ability to start the Session.
