Delete Credential - Employees
- Select desired site from the Credentials page.
- Click Edit from the Actions menu or click on credential name.
- Credential information displays. Make edits to the credential name as needed.
- Changes to the credential are reflected in the Employee section.
- Click Save button.
- Edits display on the Credentials page.
Delete Credential - No Employee Connection
Users have the ability to delete credentials when the credential is and is not connected to employees.
- Select desired credential from the Credentials page.
- Click Delete from the Actions menu.
- Modal displays to confirm deleting credential is the desired action.
- Click Yes to delete credential.
- Click No to cancel action and return to the Credentials page.
Delete Credential - Employee Connection
Users have the ability to delete credentials when the credential is and is not connected to employees.
- Select desired credential from the Credentials page.
- Click Delete from the Actions menu.
- Modal displays stating there are employees currently connected to the credential and deleting is the desired action.
- Click Yes to delete credential.
- Click No to cancel action and return to the Credentials page.
- The credential will be deleted from the Employee Credentials page.
